Product Owner | Infrastructure Backup Solution

I've been working 1 years in La Banque Postale (a major french banking company) as a Product Owner. I've created a new agile team of 5 developers. The goal was to address backup gap in production by simplifying its configuration. Our team lived in parallel of the Backup team doing the infrastructure maintainance.

• Applications owners interview, shaping personas, build great relation with them,
• Data collection to quantify backup usage and trends,
• Agile Team building and activity followup,
• Demo animations to end-users and management,
• Being the main point of contact of European Banking regulators (BCE, ANSI or the General Inspectors of the La Poste Group)

• Build an agile team from scratch, define vision, working rules, activity kickoff,
• Automated 50% of the server backup without user intervention,
• Delivered Dashboard allowing end-users and regulators to detect backup GAP and react,
